Moscow cinema (Մոսկվա կինոթատրոն)
On December 12, 1936, the opening of the Moscow Cinema took place with the screening of Pepo, the first Armenian sound film. At one time, the Poghos-Petros Church was replaced by a cinema. (1936 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ին հայկական առաջին հնչյունային ֆիլմի՝ Պեպոյի ցուցադրումով տեղի ունեցավ «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնի բացումը: Մի ժամանակ Պողոս-Պետրոս եկեղեցին էր կինոթատրոնի փոխարեն:)
1930s The church was destroyed. In place of Poghos-Petros, the building of the Yerevan Cinema, which was later renamed «Moscow», is located in Charles Aznavour Square. The architects of the building were Tiran Yerkanyan and Gevorg Kochar. The building has been rebuilt many times since 1960. The facade of the building is decorated with sculptures made on the themes of famous Soviet films — «Pepo», «David Bek», «Sayat-Nova», as well as «Par»(Dance) and «Bem»(Stage) symbolic sculptures. (1930-ական թթ. եկեղեցին քանդվեց: Պողոս-Պետրոսի տեղում բարձրացավ Երևանի կինոթատրոնի շենքը, որը հետո կոչվեց «Մոսկվա» անունով, որը գտնվում է Շառլ Ազնավուրի հրապարակում: Շենքի ճարտարապետներն էին Տիրան Երկանյանը և Գևորգ Քոչարը: Կառուցումից հետո շենքը բազմիցս վերակառուցումների է ենթարկվել՝ 1960 թվականին: Շենքի ճակատը զարդարված է հայտնի խորհրդային ֆիլմերի թեմաներով կատարված խորաքանդակներով՝ «Պեպո», «Դավիթ Բեկ», «Սայաթ-Նովա», ինչպես նաև «Պար» և «Բեմ» խորհրդանշական քանդակներով:)
After the privatization of the cinema, it was closed for a year, reopened in 2000. in September. It has four halls. Large «Red Hall» (491 seats), small — «Blue Hall» (350 seats), VIP (35 seats), «Red» small hall (49 seats) and large »Blue Hall». The fountain near the cinema was renovated and reopened In 2010. (Կինոթատրոնի սեփականաշնորհումից հետո այն մեկ տարով փակվեց և վերաբացվեց 2000թ. սեպտեմբերին: Ունի չորս դահլիճներ. մեծ «Կարմիր դահլիճ» (491 նստատեղ), փոքր — «Կապույտ դահլիճ» (350 նստատեղ), VIP (35 նստատեղ), «Կարմիր» փոքր դահլիճ (49 նստատեղ) և մեծ «Կապույտ դահլիճ»։Կինոթատրոնին հարակից շատրվանը վերանորոգվեց և վերաբացվեց 2010 թվականին:)
Երևանի Կամերային թատրոն
The Yerevan Chamber Theater was officially opened on December 15, 1981. In 1981, the theater had a comfortable building and the Jazz Trio of the Chamber Theater was founded under the leadership of Artashes Kartalyan, whose music spiced up the theater’s performances. (Երևանի Կամերային թատրոնը պաշտոնապես բացվել է 1981 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին: 1981 թվականին թատրոնն ուներ հարմարավետ շենք և թատերախումբ նաև հիմնվեց Կամերային թատրոնի ջազ-տրիոն՝ Արտաշես Քարթալյանի գլխավորությամբ, որի երաժշտությամբ համեմվում էին թատրոնի ներկայացումները։)
